Plain terms for a private tool.

Effective 11 October 2026. These terms are between you and Modern Mustard Seed LLC ("we"), which runs Chief Dreamer.

What Chief Dreamer is

Chief Dreamer stores your dreams and ambitions and the plans you make for them, and lets apps you approve, such as Claude, read and update them for you. Fit scores, first proofs and paths are produced by fixed rules from the information you give. They are a thinking aid, not financial, legal, medical, career or other professional advice. Decisions about your life and money are yours.

Your account

You must be 16 or older and give an email address you control.
You are responsible for the apps you approve. You can disconnect any of them at any time from your account page.
One person per account. Do not share sign-in links or codes.

Your content

Everything you save is yours. You give us permission to store it, process it to run the features you use, and show it back to you and to the apps you approve. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account. You can export it at any time.

Fair use

Accounts have limits, currently 25 active dreams and 500 tool calls a day, so the service stays fast for everyone. Do not use Chief Dreamer to store anything unlawful, to harm others, to probe or overload the service, or to get around its limits or security. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.

Price

Chief Dreamer is free to use. If we add optional paid features, we will say so clearly before you choose them. Nothing you use today will start charging you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Chief Dreamer running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or retire features. If we ever shut Chief Dreamer down, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email so you can export your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Ending

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. These terms then end, except the parts that by nature continue, such as liability limits.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States. We will try to resolve any problem with you directly first.
